DAY 1:BHUBANESWAR - MANGALAJODI
Arrive at Bhubaneswar and drive towards Mangalajodi, located on the northern edge of the vast Chilika Lake, Asia’s largest brackish water lagoon. In the afternoon, explore the wetland trails with expert local bird guides who were once traditional hunters and are now conservationists. Witness large flocks of herons, egrets, jacanas, and migratory ducks gliding over the marshes as the sun sets — a perfect introduction to Odisha’s bird paradise.Stay near Mangalajodi.
DAY 2:MANGALAJODI - BHITARAKANIKA
Begin before sunrise for a traditional country boat birding safari, one of the most celebrated bird photography experiences in India. During winter months, the wetlands host thousands of migratory birds including flamingos, pelicans, black-tailed godwits, avocets, and pintail ducks arriving from Siberia and Central Asia. Capture breathtaking sunrise silhouettes as flocks rise together from the water. Later drive along the scenic Chilika shoreline toward the Bhitarkanika region.Stay in Bhitarkanika.
DAY 3:BHITARAKANIKA LOCAL
Enter the mysterious mangrove creeks of Bhitarkanika National Park by boat. This unique ecosystem is home to the famous saltwater crocodile and nearly eight species of kingfishers, making it a dream location for wildlife photographers. Observe Brahminy kites, mangrove whistlers, sandpipers, and egrets while gliding silently through the dense mangrove channels. DAY 4:BHITARAKANIKA - SIMLIPAL
After breakfast drive toward the forested landscapes of Similipal, part of one of India’s largest biosphere reserves. The terrain shifts from wetlands to dense sal forests and waterfalls, offering a completely different birding environment. Late afternoon forest trail introduces species such as crested serpent eagle, jungle fowl, woodpeckers, and drongos.Overnight Stay in Similipal.
DAY 5:SIMLIPAL LOCAL
Early morning birdwatching walk through forest trails where lucky visitors may spot hornbills, hill mynas, barbets, and flycatchers among the towering sal trees. Visit scenic waterfalls like Barehipani or Joranda, where misty forest landscapes create dramatic wildlife photography settings. Spend the evening relaxing in the peaceful forest surroundings.Overnight Stay in Similipal.
DAY 6:SIMLIPAL - BHUBANESWAR
After breakfast begin the return journey to Bhubaneswar, carrying unforgettable memories of Odisha’s incredible biodiversity—from wetlands filled with migratory birds to mangrove forests and deep jungle habitats.

►Extra sightseeing apart from the itinerary.
►Expenses arising from medical issues, evacuation, or natural calamities.
PAYMENT POLICY:
►Advance payment is mandatory for booking confirmation.
►The remaining amount must be paid after pickup or on the first day of the trip in case of tour packages.
►Full payment must be completed at the time of driver details submission in case of picnic, marriage, or MICE bookings.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
►100% refund in case of war, natural disaster, or similar unavoidable circumstances.
►Cancellation made more than 30 days prior: 20% of the advance will be deducted.
►Cancellation made between 20–10 days prior: 50% of the advance will be deducted.
►Cancellation made less than 10 days prior or one day before: No refund applicable.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
►Driver and vehicle details will be shared at least 4 hours prior to pickup.
►Distance and travel time will be calculated from garage to garage (Bhubaneswar).
►Vehicle upgrade is available on additional charges, subject to availability.
►Maximum vehicle usage per day is 12 hours.
►AC will remain switched off while driving on ghat / hill roads.
►Waiting or standing charges may apply beyond the allowed time.
►All disputes shall be subject to Bhubaneswar jurisdiction only.
