1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through Soul Odisha Tours & Travels / Travhub, including tour packages, cab services, accommodations, and activity bookings.

2. Cancellation by Traveler

• Cancellations made 7 days before the travel date are eligible for a partial refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date are non-refundable.
• Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or failure to join the tour are not eligible for refunds.

3. Cancellation by Company

If a tour or service is cancelled by Soul Odisha Tours & Travels / Travhub due to operational, weather, or safety issues, we will offer one of the following:

• A full refund
• Rescheduling to another available date
• A credit note for future bookings

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Entry tickets to monuments or parks
• Parking fees and tolls
• Hotel advance payments (as per hotel policy)
• Special activity fees or add-ons

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise requested.

6. Partial Refund Guidelines

Partial refunds may apply if:

• Only a part of the package is cancelled
• Unused services are eligible for adjustment
• Hotel or vendor deductions apply as per their policy

7. No-Refund Situations

• Tour missed due to late arrival or personal delays
• No-show at pickup location
• Disruptions caused by traveler misconduct
• Events beyond control such as natural calamities or strikes
